Terms of Service

These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and subscription services provided by VPNCX. By visiting this website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using a client, the user confirms that they have read and agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the relevant services.

Service Scope and Coverage

VPNCX provides network acceleration services for cross-border access, international websites, and improved connection experiences. The service covers 110+ countries / 240+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux clients. The regions, route types, and client features actually available in the user panel shall prevail.

Routes may change due to network conditions, device settings, target service status, or maintenance arrangements. VPNCX may adjust route entry points, protocol support, and client features based on connection quality, security needs, and operational requirements. Such adjustments do not change the valid subscription period or traffic benefits already acquired by the user.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; users can create an account with a username and password. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and order actions taken within their account. If credentials may have been exposed, users should change their password promptly and stop using untrusted devices.

An active subscription supports unlimited devices, but may only be used by the account holder on devices they manage. Users may not resell subscriptions, rent accounts, publicly share login credentials or subscription information, or share account and service benefits with others. Users may not create accounts in bulk through automated methods, consume route resources abnormally, or otherwise affect normal service operation.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted according to the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should confirm the selected subscription type, traffic allowance, and applicable terms before placing an order.

Compliant Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and service usage scenario, and independently confirm that accessed content, data transmission, and account activity meet the relevant requirements. VPNCX services may not be used for unlawful activities, to infringe the rights of others, distribute malicious programs, access systems without authorization, disrupt network facilities, or commit fraud.

Users may not use the service to send spam, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property rights, or continuously consume resources in a way that affects other users' normal connections. If such conduct may create security risks, service interruptions, or harm to third parties, VPNCX may restrict the relevant account or route.

Service Availability and Disclaimers

VPNCX continuously maintains its routes and clients, but cross-border connections are affected by local networks, carrier routing, device systems, target websites, and third-party platform status. VPNCX therefore does not promise that all routes will maintain the same speed in every environment, or guarantee that a particular website, application, or regional content will always be accessible.

When connections change due to scheduled maintenance, security measures, external network issues, target service changes, incorrect device configuration, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, VPNCX will restore service where practicable. Users should save important materials and confirm relevant operations before changing system network settings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNCX is not liable for losses caused by a user's violation, incorrect configuration, or changes to third-party services.

Refunds and Payments

Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Users should verify the plan, traffic allowance, and account information before payment. Payment results and acquired service benefits are determined by the order records in the user panel.

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 14 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted from the corresponding account so that the order and payment records can be verified. The subscription and related benefits will end accordingly once the refund is completed; the final settlement status is determined by the original payment channel.

Submitting multiple requests for the same order will not result in duplicate refunds. If the account or order information provided by the user cannot be matched to the payment record, additional information that can verify the order must be supplied before processing can continue.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

Users may stop using the service. If an account involves reselling, sharing, unlawful use, disruption of route operations, fraudulent payment, or another serious violation of these terms, VPNCX may restrict access, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account. Any action will take into account the nature and duration of the conduct and its impact on the service.

VPNCX may update these terms due to changes in service scope, feature arrangements, or compliance requirements. Updates will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be changed accordingly. Continuing to use the service after an update means that the revised terms are accepted. If a user does not accept the changes, they should stop using the service and submit a refund request where the refund terms permit.
