Data handling rules

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains how VPNCX handles information while providing international network acceleration and subscription services. Using the website, user panel, or client means that you have read this policy. VPNCX processes data only as needed to provide account, order, connection, and support functions, and limits access according to purpose.

Data collected and processing purposes

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. VPNCX stores the username and securely processed authentication credentials to identify the account, maintain login status, and protect the user panel. Passwords are never stored in directly readable form.

After a subscription is purchased, the system creates an order record containing the selected plan, order status, payment channel, activation time, traffic usage, and refund status. These records are used to deliver the service, verify payments, process upgrades, determine subscription validity, and respond to support tickets. When you visit the website, it may also collect analytics such as page views, referring pages, browser type, device category, and approximate network region to identify page issues, improve loading performance, and understand feature usage.

No-logs policy and connection information

VPNCX does not record which websites users access or retain web content, search content, communications, or history that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. International routes process only the data required to complete network transmission and do not use transmitted content for advertising profiles or marketing analysis.

To maintain route operations, apply security controls, and troubleshoot issues, the system may temporarily process operational information such as connection time, selected route, client type, traffic usage, and error status. This information is retained only for the time needed to complete the relevant technical purpose, then deleted or de-identified. It is not used to create long-term, site-by-site browsing records. When a user submits a support ticket and voluntarily includes diagnostic information, that content is handled as part of the ticket record.

Cookies and local storage

The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface settings, and necessary session information. This data keeps pages in the correct state after navigation or reopening and is not used for cross-site advertising tracking.

Users can clear cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, users may need to log in again and select their language or interface preferences again. If storage required for account authentication is disabled, some user panel functions may not work properly.

Payments and third-party processing

VPNCX supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant third-party payment service, and VPNCX does not directly store complete credentials for third-party payment accounts. Payment services may process payment identification data, transaction status, and risk-control information under their own rules; their processing is governed by the privacy terms of the corresponding service.

VPNCX receives the payment results needed to fulfill an order, such as whether payment succeeded, the transaction reference, and refund status. This information is linked to the order record to activate subscriptions, verify disputes, and meet financial recordkeeping obligations.

Data retention, access, and deletion

Account information is retained while the account remains in use. Order and payment results are kept for the period needed to process subscriptions, refunds, disputes, and necessary records; usage analytics are used for site maintenance in aggregated or de-identified form; temporary connection information is deleted or de-identified after its technical purpose is complete. Records that must be retained by law or for dispute handling are kept only while the applicable requirement remains in effect.

Users can view account and order information through the user panel. To correct information, close an account, or request deletion of eligible data, users can submit a support ticket in the user panel. VPNCX will verify account ownership and process the request without affecting necessary order records, unresolved disputes, or applicable obligations. After an account is deleted, aggregated statistics that have been de-identified and can no longer be linked to an individual may remain.

Policy updates and scope

This policy applies to the VPNCX website, user panel, client, and support processes directly related to subscription services. When visiting third-party websites or using third-party payment services, users should also review the privacy rules of those services.

VPNCX may update this policy when service features, data processing practices, or applicable requirements change. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page will be changed. Important changes to data use will be clearly announced through the website or user panel. Please review the latest version before continuing to use the service.
