Two billing options · Pricing and rules explained separately

Plan pricing and billing rules

Monthly plans suit ongoing use, with data resetting each month on the activation date. Data packs are based on actual usage, remain available until depleted, and never expire. This page lists confirmed prices only, without converting other billing periods or adding unsupported discounts.

Monthly plans

Choose a monthly plan by data allowance

Monthly plans offer clear data tiers. Data resets each month on the activation date, making them suitable for users who need ongoing access to international routes and prefer to choose a monthly allowance based on actual needs.

60GB monthly plan

Resets monthly on the activation date

¥9.9/month

A good fit for light cross-border access, text-heavy tasks, web browsing, or occasional use of international tools. Review your typical daily use before choosing rather than estimating an entire month from a single session.

  • 60GB included each month

500GB monthly plan

Resets monthly on the activation date

¥28/month

Designed for frequent streaming, file transfers, or continuous connections across multiple operating systems and devices. A larger allowance does not change the reset rules; unused data follows the next monthly cycle on the activation date.

  • 500GB included each month
  • Coverage across Asia, North America, Europe, Oceania, and more

A data pack based on actual usage

Data packs do not follow the monthly plan reset rules. Data is deducted based on usage after purchase, remains available until depleted, and never expires. They suit users with irregular usage or anyone who wants to keep unused data for later.

300GB data pack

Use until depleted, never expires

¥158

Suitable for users who want to avoid monthly resets and have relatively moderate usage. Data decreases with actual connections and does not expire because of a long period without use.

3000GB data pack

Use until depleted, never expires

¥658

Suitable for keeping a large balance over time, using multiple devices frequently, or avoiding repeated capacity choices. Data is still deducted based on actual usage and does not need to be used within a fixed period.

Compare monthly plans and data packs by more than total capacity

Monthly plans focus on a consistent monthly rhythm, with data resetting each month on the activation date. Data packs focus on flexibility: the balance remains available until depleted and never expires. First decide whether you need a stable monthly allowance, then compare capacity and price. If usage is concentrated in certain periods, a data pack makes it easier to keep the balance; if you have clear needs every month, a monthly plan is easier to manage.

Shared features

What is included in every plan

Pricing and data rules differ, but coverage, platform support, and account management remain the same. The following applies to the monthly plans and data packs listed on this page.

110+ countries / 240+ routes

Switch routes based on the target service region, current network conditions, and content type. Coverage spans multiple regions, with IEPL dedicated routes, relay routes, and direct routes available for actual connections.

Unlimited devices

Use the service on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux without switching to another tier just to add commonly used devices.

Quantum encryption

Connection details identify the protocol, route type, and encryption information. Choose a suitable route based on your device environment and intended use rather than relying only on the region name.

Streaming route filters

Route information identifies compatible streaming services. When content differs by region, switch to the relevant regional route, reconnect, and check the exit location.

User dashboard and ticket portal

Manage plan selection, order status, client downloads, and connection issues from the user dashboard. For order or route problems, include your platform, route name, and observed symptoms when submitting a ticket.

Full comparison

Review price, capacity, and validity together

The table compares confirmed plan details only. Monthly plans and data packs follow different validity rules, so a simple monthly-price conversion cannot replace the actual billing method.

Start with your usage pattern

If cross-border access is an ongoing need and your monthly usage is relatively steady, a monthly plan is easier to understand and manage. After activation, note your reset date and check the current plan status in the dashboard as the cycle approaches.

Then consider your content type

Web pages, online documents, AI tools, streaming, and file transfers can consume data at very different rates. Do not estimate by connection time alone; choose a capacity based on your main content types to avoid frequent changes.

Finally, check the validity rules

Choose a non-expiring data pack when you want to keep the balance long term; choose a monthly plan when you want a fixed allowance restored each month. Both options support the same platforms and route coverage.

Payment details

Payment methods and order confirmation

VPNCX supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Before paying, check the plan name, capacity, billing rules, and order amount in the user dashboard, then continue once the details match.

Alipay

Select Alipay on the checkout page and complete payment using the order details shown there. After payment, return to the user dashboard to check the order and plan status.

WeChat Pay

After choosing WeChat Pay, follow the information shown on the order confirmation page. Do not create the same order again after paying; refresh the dashboard first to check the status.

USDT

When paying with USDT, carefully review the order requirements shown at checkout. Keep the order record after submitting payment so you can describe the situation through a ticket if the status does not update.

From plan selection to client download

  1. Create an account

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password, keep your login details secure, and use the same account to manage orders and plans.

  2. Choose a billing option

First decide between a monthly plan and a data pack, then check the capacity. Monthly plans reset each month on the activation date; data packs remain available until depleted and never expire.

  3. Review the order

Confirm the plan name, price, data allowance, and payment method. For a mid-cycle upgrade, also review the order result after the price difference is converted into remaining days.

  4. Open the download page

Once the order is active, get the Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, or Linux client from the user dashboard and retrieve your subscription details there.

14-day, no-questions-asked refund

Check the order status before requesting a refund

VPNCX offers a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. To apply, sign in to the account used for the purchase, check the order name, payment record, and current plan status, then submit the required information through the user dashboard. Clear order details help prevent mismatches between the plan, payment method, and account.

If the issue is related to your connection environment, you can describe your device platform, route, and symptoms in a ticket before applying. Technical troubleshooting and refund requests are separate processes, so choose whether to troubleshoot first based on your situation. This page adds no extra refund conditions; the refund rules in the Terms of Service apply.

Billing FAQ

Common questions before purchase

These answers cover data resets, upgrades, payments, and refunds. If you are still unsure, start by comparing the billing option that best matches your current usage pattern.

When does monthly plan data reset?
Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. The reset cycle follows the actual activation date rather than the calendar month. After choosing a plan, check the related subscription and order status in the user dashboard.
How is a mid-cycle monthly plan upgrade calculated?
When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Open the user dashboard, choose the target plan, and review the order details before confirming. Check the target capacity against your current needs before deciding whether to upgrade.
Do data packs reset periodically?
No. Data packs remain available until used and never expire. They do not follow the recurring reset rules for monthly plans. A balance that has not been used for a long time can still be kept for later use.
Which payment methods are supported?
Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported. Final payment details appear on the order confirmation page in the user dashboard. Check the plan name, price, and billing rules before paying, then verify the order status afterward.
Are the plans refundable?
VPNCX offers a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. Check the order status first, then submit the required information through the user dashboard. Refunds follow the rules stated in the Terms of Service.
